when i set up neotcg vampire's guide helped me out the most ! cos it includes a video at the bottom which shows how to set up
neotcg itself comes with a notepad with instructions once you dl it
u can also join the colors discord ! lots of nice players there who'll help u if u need it. speaking as someone who still has below-basic knowledge of coding,, i somehow managed to set up neotcg w some help from the other players lol (but i could not figure out how to get the code for masteries and the homepage to work, so i have given up on it LOL my site is very basic compared to others!!)
